Attractive sitting
Cadiz stands on a peninsula jutting out into a bay and almost surrounded by the water. The city starts with the Phoenicians which gave it the name of Gadir who founded their trading post in 1100 BC. It was later controlled by the Carthaginians, until it became a thriving Roman port. Because of the true natural open spaces of fine sand bathed by the clear waters of the sea. Cadiz Spain is rich in wonderful beaches like the La Caleta, Santa Maria, La Victoria, and the largest Cortadura and etc.
