    If they have the money to own a boat/ship like that with all of the fancy chase boats and such, I am sure money is not a problem. Also, there is such a thing as insurance that usually covers such an event.

    I guess we will see what happens.

    Funny, there is someone on the deck playing the guitar. Maybe he should put the guitar down and man the pump...lol.

    Can anyone confirm or deny the rumour i heard that the Thorfinn went to the bottom and is unrecoverable?

    I googled the Thorfinn wreck and found some good news. She has been refloated and moved to a safe harbor for repairs. That is good news as she is a beautiful vessel. Evidently, her hull was built to withstand antarctic ice and was tough enough to sit on the reef. They said that the area had been blessed with unusually quiet weather (it's typhoon season there).
    I hope to dive on her in the future.

    Great news! I saw that dive boat and it looked 1st rate all the way. It would have been a very sad loss! I am sure the reef was hammered though
