I have a Canon 7D DSLR, Ikelite housing, and strobe. I wrap the housing and camera in a towel, and put it in a large daypack with my laptop and some other stuff. I protect this bag with my life. The strobe gets wrapped in a towel and placed in my large bag, protected on all sides by clothing.

It sucks, but it works.
