Hello from France

Hi everyone,
I am from Montpellier in France. I live close to Mediterranean sea and thus, I can dive as often I want. I am CMAS 3*, (PADI is not really firmly established in France or ?). I've been diving for about 18 years, I usually dive in club but solo diving is also at my program.

Quel est CMAS 3? Is that the agency you are certified through? I have never heard of it. Pardonnez-moi, ma connaissance de plongee est aussi mauvais comme mon francais!

CMAs is the "World Confederation of Underwater Activities" that has been created in 1959 by several countries (Germany, Belgium, Brazil, France, Greece, Italy, Monaco, Portugal, Switzerland, USA and Yugoslavia). Our federation (FFESSM) is linked to the CMAS. There is not really equivalence between the CMAS and PADI but we can consider that CMAS3* is like Rescue+deep, except we can dive up to 60m in club.
