New from SoCal...
Hey kids,
I heard about you all from an invite I got on myspace. Nice to meet you all, and to see some familiar faces around here. I'm a PDIC Instructor/PADI Divemaster who lives in the Los Angeles area. My usual spot, as could be predicted, is the Channel Islands; I've also been to Fiji, Micronesia, Hawaii, Mexico, Bonaire, among other places. Looking forward to meeting you all!

How did you feel diving off those reef walls in Fiji...?
I must go back. But I also want to see the rest of the world. The postings about shady airline companies and such bums me out. I was already thinking about it before reading additional postings here.

The walls in Fiji were amazing. I stayed at Jean-Michel Cousteau's resort there, which was fabulous as well. He was there while we were, and I found him to be a very gracious man. My favorite place I've been, though, is still Kosrae in Micronesia. It is so beautiful I almost stayed and the diving is amazing.
