Missing diver found deceased off Florida

A male diver, Joseph Libby, 50, of Palm Harbor was reported missing Sunday afternoon while diving with 3 other people off of Clearwater Beach. It was reported he failed to surface with the group he was diving with.

He was later found about 15 miles off Clearwater Beach in the Gulf of Mexico by a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter.

This is just a sad reminder how important it is to stick to your buddy like glue.

yup, i always notice that here in the PI and it never fails. once underwater, divers would scatter!
