Default Trying to decide on a new underwater camera

I'm looking to get a new underwater digital camera for my southern snorkelling adventures. Last year I bought the Olympus Stylus Tough-8000 and it failed in no more than 12 ft of water during my second use. I was able to get a full refund but wanted to do a bit more research before I chose another one. One I've been reading about is the SeaLife DC1200. Any thoughts, pros/cons, suggestions of other cameras?

    Thanks!

Or, if there are already reviews on cameras on this forum, a link would be greatly appreciated as well

I would go with the SeaLife, I have never heard anything bad about it, just make sure you can Photoshop the results, and for macro, you really need a strobe or shoot in real shallow water with sunlight.
