- Want some cheese to that whine?: TSA finally caught a real terrorist!

Notice how at 51 seconds the Transportation SecurityTheater Administration employee says "Are you done with the screening process? I need you to leave!" ?

Why do you think she is saying that? Because they are being filmed, which is perfectly legal. Under color of authority, the TSA employee is trying to violate the civil rights of the guy exercising his right to film. Now why would a government employee do that? Because they want to tamper with evidence by stopping its collection.

From the TSA's own website: "We don’t prohibit public, passengers or press from photographing, videotaping, or filming at screening locations. You can take pictures at our checkpoints as long as you’re not interfering with the screening process or slowing things down. We also ask that you do not film or take pictures of our monitors."

They don't prohibit it because they don't have the legal authority to prohibit it.

Here is a more lengthy video of the same encounter where a 2nd government terrorist commits crimes against a citizen.
