Default TSA says protest images ok, then arrests for protest image

Fliers who deface their see-through toiletry bags or even wear stupid t-shirts with slogans are not violating any TSA policy, according to TSA spokeswoman Yolanda Clark.

"There is no policy that restricts passengers from expressing their opinion as long as they are not threatening," Clark said "Everyone's entitled to their own opinion," she said.

This of course conflicts with the seditious crimes committed by TSA criminals who lied and violated the civil rights of passenger Ryan Bird, 31, who wrote on a clear plastic bag containing toiletries; "Kip Hawley is an idiot". Hawley was the head of TSA at the time.

Ryan Bird said the security theater screener told him, "You can't write things like that."

After being unlawfully arrested by the TSA and police, next a TSA goon tried to steal Bird's toiletry bag, at which point Bird exercised his right to protect his property from being stolen, so the unsuccessful government thief took a photo of the toiletry bag.

A follow up to this story is that the TSA still can't seem to stop violating he civil rights of passengers who write protests.

Aaron Tobey above has filed a Federal Civil Rights Violation lawsuit against all the abusive crooks including police involved. Among other things, the federal lawsuit claims wrongful detention and a breach of the First Amendment and Fourth Amendment. “He was held there for 90 minutes, and handcuffed behind his back,” acording to his attorney James Knicely.

I hope he wins and wins big! I also hope the judge orders the TSA to follow some rules, rather them being able to do whatever they want, however they want and whenever they want.
