Default Women Knocked to Ground & Arrested for Refusing to Be Sexually Assaulted by TSA

    December 24th, 2010

A 56 year old women who says she is a rape victim was thrown to the ground and arrested for refusing to be sexually assaulted at Austin-Bergstrom Aiport yesterday.

Claire Hirshkind said she could not put her implanted pacemaker like medical device through the nude photography machine, and she advised the TSA employees.

She was told she would then have to go through a groping, to which Ms. Hirschkind stated; "I told them, 'No, I'm not going to have my breasts felt,' and the TSA employee demanded to grope her breasts.

In response to the incident at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, the TSA issued a statement saying "our officers are trained to treat all passengers with dignity and respect" but that "security is not optional."

Apparently the TSA employees have the idea that groping the genitals of adults and the genitals of underage children and breaking the urostomy bag of 61 year old bladder cancer patient and spilling its contents onto the passenger is TSA's twisted idea of "treating passengers with dignity." The job must be a pedophile and homosexuals dream job.

Aside from the issue that TSA employees are not "officers", it is quite evident that security is QUITE optional. As an example, Janet Napolitano and John Pistole refuse to be groped and nude photographed.

Security was optional for Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab the Islamic underwear bomber. Security is optional for everyone who secrets explosives in their body cavities. Security is option for explosives implanted into animals as Al Qaeda has done, security is optional for the majority of shipped packages on passenger planes that is not screened, and security is optional for the well over 50% of secret TSA testers that make it through with guns and explosives.

Security is also option where large rental vans are allowed to enter airports without being checked, so anyone with a key and the ability to drive can drive in a ton of explosives in a rental van and park it right in front of the busiest sections.

Security is also an option as TSA allows anyone with 50lbs of explosives in their backpack to walk into any airport and find the most crowded section and detonate it.

And TSA security was an optional when the TSA employed screeners who plead guilty to child molestation.

Unfortunately not enough people are willing to stand up for their rights and fight back against this kind of crap!

I am so upset by this madness, and it seems like my rights have been taken away and I can't do anything about this. Reminds me of how things were in Nazi occupied Europe in the late 1930's and 40's

    Default We can

We have a voice. It's the airlines.
What would happen if as many people as possible promise not to fly, say...
July 1-11th, 2011 and drive instead. Would the loss revenue sound an alarm for the airline to help stick up for individuals, their customers? If that does not work, turn around and hold another week as soon as possible, plan for
August 5-15, 2011. Money talks or lack of!

    Just a thought.

No offense, but you are in La La Land if you think you can organize something like that. We can't get anyone together to do anything anymore. People are too tied up in their own little worlds to be bothered to do anything until it directly intrudes in their way of life.

Most people in this country have not lived through things like this and they are not smart enough to learn from history. This is exactly how the Nazi party started. One little thing at a time, until they had total control of everyone.

Wait until they want to embed transponders into us to "help protect us".

Even National Opt Out Day where everyone was suppose to refuse the pornscanners, well, that was a flop.

I was just in LAX a few days ago and it amazing me what lemmings people are all lining up to have nudie pix taken of them at the pornport,I mean airport.

In Denmark they have scanners that have generic dummy body outlines and if something shows ups, it projects that image onto the body dummy.

The TSA brags about all the stuff that pornscanners have caught, and pretty much none of them are suitable weapons, and their mission is NOT supposed to catch drugs, but we know that was another of their lies.

    I will post photos soon.

Lemmings? Maybe they're just people that have a crappy day of travel ahead of them, & just want to get to their destination. Unfortunately, the people holding all of the cards, have the power to ruin your vacation/business trip/whatever. Non conformity to make a point isn't an option with me. Not when I have $1500 tied up in airfare & a guy can tell me to stay home just because I pissed him off. If they want to take a picture of my nads just to let me through, have at er. Just my opinion on this whole mess.

I agree with your points, and TSA deliberately uses the threat of making you lose your flight as a weapon to make you submit to their crimes, which just goes to show you how abusive these crooks are.

I say lemmings for several reasons. There were two lines going through airport insecurity, the line I went through did not have a porn scanner, the other one did. I saw it in advance and deliberately avoided that line ensuring there was no chance they would try their humiliation tactics.

After I went through, I stood on the side of the porn scanner just to watch people for awhile and observe their whole demeanor. I saw no disgusted look on peoples faces, nothing that made me think they were not happy with it all.

It is like being told you have to sit on the back of the bus because of your race, and willingly doing so with a smile.

It is the DUTY of every citizen to do all they can to challenge, obstruct and defy the government at every step of the way when the government attempts to chip away our rights slowly and insidiously, balanced of course by our abilities and practicalities as you mentioned.

Ok, but what about if they want to take a photo of your wife or girlfriend? How about your daughter? How about your mother? How would you feel if you found that same worker was a pedophile or molester or pervert? Did you know that there are these type of people working for the TSA?

Hey, wait you live in Canada, you don't even have the TSA A?

I know it's apples & oranges but my point is that if you are going to spend your life worying about "what if" you may as well never leave the house.

Actually, all smart assness aside. My only exposure to this was on one trip to the US. I believe I was clearing US customs at Calgary Airport, I was given the option of walking through the scanner or being patted down & told that if I chose the scanner I would have to wait in line, but if got patted down It would take seconds. I decided that I'd rather be that much closer to my destination that much sooner so chose the pat down. It wasn't very intrusive. Further, as I mentioned earlier, that since these people can decide on a whim whether I stay or go, this was pretty much the last hoop that I needed to jump through.
