    Default French Polynesia Snorkel and Dive

    Finally got around to editing.

    Shot with a Canon HV10, Ikelite housing, Raynox 5050 wide angle adapter, Ikelite dome port. Still pics from a Canon 7d

    Nice video! It looks like the still images were either High Dynamic Range or the saturation levels were increased as they looked great.

    Did you find that things were quite expensive in the region?

    Yeah, it's expensive, but no real surprises. You know that going in. This was our honeymoon, so I decided to splurge. You can go a less expensive route with rooms and resorts, but to me, when I think Tahiti, I think the overwater bungalows, the resorts with the amazing views etc.. Food costs in the restaurants is what I see in the upscale restaurants in Manhattan NYC. So again, not a real surprise

    Biggest and most unexpected thing was the amazing snorkeling right at the bungalow.

    For pure diving you don't go to Bora Bora or Moorea. But for a balanced honeymoon, it was paradise.
