Wes Skiles, Pioneering Adventure Photographer, Dies At 52

I heard about that 2 days ago....don't know the dive details, but he did some majorly technical dives.

I know and dive the area where he was diving that day. It is actually really easy diving in that area. It is all reef that avg 50-80 feet depending on which reef you are on (there are three reef lines there). There are deeper wreck sites, but from what I have been told is that they were on one of the reefs.

Considering his extensive experience with very technical diving, I am thinking that maybe it was a non dive related incident that caused his passing. I am sure we will find out and I will post an update as soon as I hear something.
