EPIC Files Suit Against the TSA Liars

The Electronic Privacy Information Center has file suit against the Department of Homeland Insecurity who refused a legally valid Freedom of Information Act to try to get the government liars to release the 2000 scanner test photos they have that they have stored using so called stand-ins and divulge.

DHS has refused using the scripted pablum that does so might "benefit those attempting to violate the law."

"Because if merely publishing examples of the images that the TSA has generated during testing would harm security, that really calls into question the effectiveness of the machines," said John Verdi, senior counsel with the Electronic Privacy Information Center, a Washington-based research center specializing in civil liberties and privacy issues.

"As far as I'm concerned, this really demonstrates exactly how detailed the images are, exactly how invasive the search is," said Verdi.

The TSA claims their computers are not capable of storing images....so let me get this straight....a real terrorist shows up with explosives in his wrapped around his gear, the nude body porn scanner sees it, then the government does not maintain the photo as evidence?!

The worst part of it is that our country is in the worst financial crisis in a long time. Our government is in debt up to it's eyeballs, and yet they always find the money to fund these projects.
