Advice regarding diving in Phuket (Thailand)

Hey there,
I'm a relatively newbie having got my Open Water 12 months ago and having dived twice since then (both times at the Great Barrier Reef - most recently yesterday !!).
Anyway, I'm heading to Phuket with the family next month and having been there many times before I recall many dive schools and dive options available.
I'm looking for some advise as to which tour operator to go with and which sites to dive ??.
I would love to see some leopard sharks... but then I suppose most divers would.

You should check out Koh Tao too - the dive atmosphere is good there and its a bit cheaper !
