Default Are rescue breaths a thing of the past?

A diver buddy of mine sent me this article wondering if PADI, EFR and other agency standards will change in light of this information?

Anyone out there have first hand knowledge of the techniques being used in Arizona?

Well, you know you can never trust the news media. I wonder if there is some movement of air into and out of the lungs from chest compression alone.

The ideal situation would be to have someone there to do mouth to mouth and a 2nd person to do chest compressions.
