Excellent report. Diving seems to be very awesome. Prices for 2 boat dives are $160 and that may be a bit high for the military group that I will try to sell the package to. That is almost as high as Palau. Perhaps they can give me a break for a group. I will ask. In the meantime I guess I will continue to shop around for some middle range hotel and dive package in PI.
