    Default Hawaii

I am in Hawaii in Feb / March next year for a shoot surface unfortunately and wondered whether anyone can offer an advice on the diving.

I know that it's whale season are there any operators that allow in-water experiences?
As cheesy as it is will probably do the kona night dive, but are there any other not to be missed sites?

    Cheers

I dove in Maui and was not impressed at all. But I am with you, if one can dive and film whales, now we're talking!

I could have sworn I talked with a guy who headed up Kona Divers and they had a nice 30 foot 6-pack style boat and he knew the serious diver drill as opposed to all the tourist claptraps.

Yeah... look I've heard that the diving isn't amazing but while I'm there I might as well.

I know there are a few wrecks off the south coast of Oahu but I don't think that they are that big. I was hoping that someone was going to say that there is some cheeky secret spot which is awesome!

    Is Lanai any better?
