Diving accident March 2009

Does anyone have any information on the recent diving accident? The regular news media has reported that is was a Hong Kong based group of tec divers diving a site near Cebu and that there were 2 deaths and 1 serious injury.

I've been reading that two Chinese dives died on a deep wall in Cebu, and that a spearfisherman in dive gear died in Gen. Santos City, Davao.
The spearfisherman was found in 190+fsw with partially filled tanks.
The Cebu divers wer being led by their own dive-master from China, not a local dive guide, familiar with the area.
