Oceanic whitetips

Hi,
I'm trying to find a location with good odds to see Oceanic Whitetips.

I've heard that Elphinstone are supposed to be a good place in Sept-Oct, having tried twice (and not seen any...) I will go there again.

Any other good spot's?

Hopefully someone will chime in here, I did see some Oceanic white tips in the Yasawas in Fiji...
