This creature was found by Russian soldiers on Sakhalin shoreline. Sakhalin area is situated near to Japan. It’s the most eastern part of Russia, almost 5,000 miles to East from Moscow.

Looks like a beluga whale judging by the head, dentition and apparent size and location it was found. (and I'm sure it smelled really bad, too)

I don't think the pictures are a hoax, but they are not recent and they aren't of something unknown.
