It takes fierce determination to hold still, and my buoyancy does not change from inhalation with a rebreather, so on one hand inhaling doesn't change my buoyancy, on the other hand, I can't use my lungs to micro-adjust buoyancy so I typically need to drop to my knees to stabilize and often time there is nothing dead enough for me to feel comfortable kneeling on, so at times I cannot get the shot.

I just added another video I shot, the bottom one is actually the very first time I ever used a video camera underwater and I have no real land videocam experience, but again, I shot 5 hours of tape and came up with 5 minutes of usable stuff...now the ratio is much better, so 4 hours of tape gets me 20-30 minutes of the best macro footage.
