Looking 4 an U/W Housing for a Nikon D40

I am looking for an U/W Housing that fits a Nikon D40 that is pretty inexpensive online. Does anyone know where I can find one at?

If the FD40x, the FantaSea housing is just over $1,000, with complete outifts of strobe, arms, etc under $1,500.
