    Default Florida water temps

I'm leaving for a FL vacation next week and was wondering if any of the cave divers on here could tell me what sort of water temps I can look forward to while I'm there.

    thanks

okay, the cave divers seem to be silent, they're probably all in caves having fun. Can anyone tell me what sort of water temps I can hope for in Florida?

    thanks

It depends on which cave you're in I hear. Many are in the 70 degree range.....7 mm time!

Spring temps range from around 68 to 72 degrees F, and maintain a constant temperature year round. If there is little flow, the basin and run will see temperature fluctuations along with the weather, but once inside the cave the water temp will be stable around 70 degrees F for the most part (you will find the occassional deep water vent where you can notice a temp difference, but the variation is very localized.)
