What gear have U purchased & regretted?

My first wetsuit. A 3mm off-brand Farmer John. It would bunch up behind my knees and pinch a hole in my skin after just two dives. I wore it twice and then sold it on eBay. And, just so you don't think I'm a total Cad, the person that bought it LOVES it. It fit them better than it did me, I guess.

My first set of fins that didn't fit properly and my first weightbelt that had the same problem.
