    Hmmm, a three-way tie: Philippines, Costa Rica, and a liveaboard somewhere...
    I guess if "a liveaboard somewhere" wins, we'll need a fresh poll to decide just where that would be?

    Are liveaboards available in the Phillipines??
    Not sure if it's possible in Costa Rica?! :S
