Any one able to translate? They must have been demonstrating the advantages of a particular valve. Just like to know the whole premise.
It seems they are demonstrating some type of valve that controls the release of compressed gas if the valve fails. The title is something like "Working group for technical questions regarding respiratory protection." The first series of clips says "Test to rupture the valve without a flow limiting valve." and then the clips at the end are "with flow limiting valve". It says they are doing the tests on a composite cylinder and composite cylinder with aluminum liner.
