Video camera setups?

Just curious as to what kinds of equipment most divers are using with respect to videography? Sports action like Go Pro vs. SLR's in housings or others? Using video dive lights or just natural light? I've seen a lot of good videos (and pics) posted in various places, and I'm just wondering how simple or sophisticated commonly used setups are.

I use a combination of the above.... SLR in a housing, GoPro, and Video Camera, but lighting is everything...... Either natural (Close to the Surface) or Video lights! Lighting is the key to all good video.......
