Apparently Great White sharks are being sites and a significant rate in Socal, with one paddle3boarder even getting breaching pics.
There are also stories of each encounter, with with several body photos of a woman attacked by what is believed to be a 5-6 foot GW.

I would love to have seen a Great White breach....I would love to see one in general. They are such amazing creatures.
The second pic seems to have the GW jumping through a hoop.

It seems that Ken Kurtis of Reef Seekers is questioning the authenticity of the photos, stating that the lighting seems off, he wonders wear the water droplets are on the waterproof lens port, thinks it is odd this was all done from a paddle board, and questions why the photographer says he didn't know what he captured till he saw it later. Kurtis thinks it is a too good to be true photo.
