Russian & French Scuba Diver Killed by Dynamite Fisherman

According to preliminary reports, the reason behind the deaths of tourists from Russia and France diving off the coast of Vietnam were local poachers, who were blast fishing nearby.

The bodies of Russian Alexander Nikolaev and Frenchman Philippe Busso were found by the island of Cu Lao Cau. Another Russian man, found at the site of the accident, said he lost consciousness after a powerful explosion.
