Regulator Recall!!!

Oceanic has put out a recall on several of their 1rst stage regulators. Apparently the HP seats that have been used during rebuild/overhaul are defective, and have been the cause of uncontrolled free flows to the second stage. For those of you with this regulator, get it serviced!!!! This will cause hoses to rupture, as well as 2nd stages to malfunction. Not a pleasant scenario to deal with.
