Ok for all you CCR types, this looks generically like RB80's, but I thought RB80s were passive addition pendulum rigs, whereas they look like they had KISS injectors.
So.....what are these?

Looks just like an RB80 clone. They arent pendulums either. Thats where you only have one hose not 2 to form the loop.

With the flat back end to the main cylinder, and the stage cylinders slung on the side at an angle, likely that setup would cause a LOT of hydrodynamic drag in swimming.
