Teenager attacked by vicious otter as he films furry beast lounging in a lake

A Florida teen was bitten by an rabid otter as he waited outside his parent's home, and he captured it on video.
William Gibbons, 19, filmed the otter attack on his phone and posted the video online.
After he found himself locked out of his parents' home in suburban Boca Raton, Gibbons spied an otter in an adjacent lake.
He started to film the furry predator as it paddled around.
Suddenly the creature charged out of the water and tried to make a lunch out his leg. Gibbons is heard on the video screaming profanities as the animal strikes.
'As I was taping it, it walked out onto the rocks and onto the grass right here and then it just bit me.,' Gibbons said of his four-legged foe.
'It was like lightning'
The college student has since received multiple precautionary shots as animal control authorities suspect the animal's aggressive behavior may be caused by a rabies infection.
He will need several more rabies shots in the future to complete the series.
This was the third recent otter attack in this area of Florida.
