Gagnan made the first for Cousteau in 1943, unless Commeinhes did it before that.

Drysuits with watertight seals were invented during WWII (or before, with Italian frogmen)
If you have some evidence to back up your claims, you should contact them with that info. Be sure to read the fine print, there may be more to their claims than you are actually reading.
