In the UK there is a diving mag called Diver. Over the years they have been at DEMA, but it looks like you can subcribe online now, which is good, because twice at DEMA I tried to subscribe and was not successful, but I just checked out their web site and seems you can sign-up online! Warning, prices are in GB Pounds, so watch out for that exchange rate! :(
