George Bush ocean conservation plans???

George Bush is not particularly well known for his environmental efforts, so I thought this article might be of interest.

I know people can get a little emotional about such topics, so if it "devolves" too far, just close it. ;) I just thought it was an interesting topic and not one I'd seen much coverage on.
