Be careful! Lola in the Philippino language means Grandmother.
You can't go wrong diving anywhere in the Philippines. Cebu? You have Moalboa near by as well as Malapascua. Both a couple of hours away. then you also have Panglao Is. and Cabilao, Balicasag. You're not all that far from Dumagete. You're a weekend trip away from Heaven. If you want to go further, there is Puerto Galera, Anilao just south of Manila, Subic just north of Manila. Palawan, Coron. A different place every weekend should keep you busy for the next ten years.
