Photographer Morton Pechter Passes Away

Not sure who's aware of this guy, I confess I didn't know the name, but I suspect most of us have looked at his photos in one magazine or another. Anyway, just thought I'd pass this on.

Loved, admired and respected, the industry suffers a major loss with the passing of Mort Pechter.


Morton H. Pechter,11/13/1922-----6/24/2008 , a business tycoon and later Hall of Fame, Underwater Photographer, adventure sports photojournalist, writer and book author passed away peacefully from respiratory failure on June 24, 2008.
