Cagayan Islands (Philippines)- Anyone dived there?

Hi All,

My friend and i are off to Negros/Bohol next week in the Philippines to dive. One of the resorts we are staying at does a liveaboard (cheap) to some small islands in the Sulu Sea called the Cagayan islands. Two small islands with a channel between them.
I can't find much information on this site on the internet.. and there are only a couple of operators that go out there( from Sipalay, Negros). Has anyone dived there? I'm hoping it will be a new tubbataha like experience.

P.s We went to Southern Leyte last year and there is a place where the Whalesharks go. We saw six one morning. The operators only go once a week to this place. It was mind blowing.
