I ordered a PADI Dive Log binder from them at the beginning of June. (it was supposed to be a birthday pressie to myself)

After 5 emails and one phone call today (where an automated message told me that the number is temporaraily out of service), I still haven't got anywhere fast - plus the money has already gone out of my account.

Anyone got any ideas??

It's okay - I finally got a response from them just now saying that it had been returned to them damaged and looked as though it had gone round the world....and they will send out a new one today. Fingers crossed I get it...

I have only heard good things about people ordering from them.

I personally like to buy from Leisure Pro out of New York. Their prices are always rock bottom, their quality is always really good. They have an amazing return policy as well.

also if it doesn't show up just dispute it with the credit card company

Now thats an idea...I'll give it a couple more weeks and if I haven't heard anything, I'll contact my credit card company.
