1. go to www.google.com (http://www.google.com)
2. click on "maps"
3. click on "get directions"
4. type "New York" in the first box (the "from" box)
5. type "Glasgow" in the second box (the "to" box) (great wreck diving there
6. click on "get directions"
7. scroll down and read step #23

Whew ... I'd suggest a bit of a warm up first before that trip. Maybe from New York to Miami, just to loosen up the shoulders?

Actually there are. As you cross you will find pods of dolphin that will swim along with you. Then when you need to rest they form a little raft for you and continue to push you along. ...

um J... :D I was thinking more along the lines of toilets.. Now, if those same dolphins can form a little bathroom, then I'd be impressed!
