Well thank you.

You know, we have a Red Sea Forum.....I am sure divers would love to here in that forum the best places to dive in the Red Sea and what outfits and resorts are best. I bet you would know best!

I like when he says 'he doesn't believe the shark will attack unless it's provoked', just after four divers have been manhandling it and have just finished poking it with a spear! lol

Self defense is the rule up here and down there!

As a diver and a pilot, I learned this a long time ago: Push the envelope and sooner or later you will crash and burn

Play with fire.............................

Provoked is not always the key, some times it a territory dispute or a dominance
thing!

But that video is an obvious example of what happens when you provoke a shark! (Not to mention, molest, poke, injure, fail to respect, etc., etc., etc.)

HI

This guy should be honourary recipient of the Darwin awards...

Bull sharks (Zambesi Sharks where I am from) are notorious for attacks.

Sometimes people get carried away by what they believe are "harmless" creatures.
They are not at the top of the food chain, and have survived for 150 million years because they are docile, friendly "Walt Disney - cuddly" type animals.

I have a lot of respect for sharks, and believe they should be protected as much as possible.
However, in the hype to counter the "Jaws" image of sharks, people are portraying sharks as "pets" to be fondled, stroked, teased and "wrestled"
How many a glossy brochure shows the DM playing with sharks, as if they are a litter of Golden Retriever puppies..;)
If you think that is what the reality with this wonderous creature is, then stuff like this happens, and then they call it accidental:confused: ..

Admire them, study them, photograph them, but always keep your respect for sharks, and always remember, they have a very sharp "pointed" end..

Regards

Johan
