FYI - You do not use your hands for swimming while SCUBA diving. They might be great for swimming in a pool or something like that, but surely not for scuba.

Oh, they probably mean maneuvering rather than swimming....I do that occasionally....when nobody is looking, lol.

I guess so, but I think they would have a much easier and better time with a DPV. They make some extremely small and lightweight ones that work pretty well. With the lower body weight, they might have a really sweet setup.
