Are there a list of operators somewhere out there known to have accidents happened at their dive centre? It'll be good for the forum to know before they sign up with these agencies with bad track records. Divers Down for one will be off my list......

CAYMAN ISLANDS — An American tourist who vanished while scuba diving with Divers Down off Grand Cayman Island is presumed dead.

Police in the Cayman Islands have officially called off the search for Charles Lynn Titus, 60, a Las Vegas resident who was visiting the Cayman Islands with his wife.

Authorities told CDNN Divers Down alerted authorities of a missing diver emergency yesterday morning at about 9:00 am after they failed to find Titus.

I can not believe they do not leave someone topside on the boat while the divers are down , they must have hundreds of inexperienced divers diving over there in a year i will give the caymans a miss not just because of the bad safety record its this issue with stingray city
