After various civil liberties groups and the Electronic Frontier Foundation complained of abusive, suspicionless rifling through airport traveler's laptops by government agents of the Department of Homeland Insecurity, the DHI has finally agreed to come out with written regulations that require government agents at airports to do absolutely nothing different than what they have always been doing.

As some may not have heard, the totalitarian, treasonous tyrants at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal claim that Americans have no Constitutional Rights, and that government agents can search and seize your laptops, PDA's, cell phones, iPods, then copy the entire contents, simply because they feel like it.
