Ok, so Harlequin filefish is problematic, as common names differ all over the world.

I remember seeing a pair of these magnificent fish in the shallows in front of Mimpi Indah Resort on Bangka Island in North Sulawesi, Indonesia.

Although some are able to keep them in reef tanks, normally they will only eat live coral.

The scientific name for these animals is derived from a combination of ancient Greek and Latin
Oxymonacanthus longisrostrus.

Oxys, meaning sharp, mon from mono, meaning single, akanthus, Greek for thorn, rostrus, latin meaning nose or beak, so the name translates to "sharp single thorn with a long nose".

Is that wild or what?! :)
