Well, 2009 has started with a few dives so that's already an improvement over 2008! The nudibranchs are everywhere again and we have even found TWO new (to us) ones in the last couple of days. Can't beat that.

Here's a little selection from the zillions we saw:

01 - Chromodoris fidelis

That's a good start ;) There are more in my Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/people/21149680@N00/?search=kristinanderson) stuff and Facebook and in my blog (http://www.kristinsnews.blogspot.com)

More photos from the dives coming soon ... enjoy!

Well, poop, looks like these links don't work either!

I edited your post to put the link in.

Beautiful nudibranchs, thanks for sharing!

I usually get bored with the nudis the dive guides show me as I have seen them all, but two thirds of your nudis I have never seen before, REALLY wild! Thanks!

All the images work for me too.

Hmm, weird. I just see links. As long as others can see them :)

I can't imagine getting bored finding nudis, even our really common ones still make me pause and look!

So what lens and camera combination did you use for the tight macro shots?

Canon 40D and Canon 100mm macro this time. Some with Woody, too.
