There's still time to enter your stunning underwater shots for the Galapagos Conservation Trust's sixth annual photographic competition. :)

The closing date is 31 October when GCT staff shortlist approximately 30 of the best entries. The shortlist is then displayed on GCT's website http://www.savegalapagos.org/photo_c.htmlduring December for the public online vote.

The image with the largest number of votes then becomes the 'public's winner' and a winner in its own right.

The 30 selected images are also presented to a panel of judges, who decide on the outright winner and the remaining entrants whose images will be used in the Galapgos Conservaton Trust's 2010 calendar.

Galapagos has long been a mecca for experienced divers, and is closely managed by the Galapagos Marine Reserve - a world heritage site in its own right.
