Welcome to the ScubaMagazine.net Community Jillian!

That is quite a comprehensive dive training website you have there!

130 Coastal Shipwrecks
Elaborate Tropical Reefs

FYI -

You should change that to 130 Coastal Artificial Reefs. In the wreck diving community there is a HUGE difference between a Shipwreck and an intentionally sunk boat/ship!

Yes, there is a difference between the artificial and actual wrecks! Collectively the area is refered to as the shipwreck capital. I think true wrecks are more exciting, but all are a diver's playground.

Do you have any info on actual wrecks in the area? I am looking all over trying to find some of the real stuff in Fla. It seems like all of the dive operators I can find down there really cater to the artificial reefs.

I think I may have found a private boater to take us out, but I would love to find a charter that does the real wrecks.
